root@ubuntu:/opt/mqm/bin# ./setmqinst -i -n INstallation1
AMQ6294: Failed to create symbolic link with the name '/usr/lib64/libmqmzf.so'.

Solution is very simple, create symlink to /lib64:
ln -s /lib64 /usr/
root@ubuntu:/opt/mqm/bin# ./setmqinst -i -n INstallation1
